Blood Oath Pact No. 8 is an American bourbon blended from three whiskeys of different ages: 14, 11 and 8 years old. Part of the blend was matured in Calvados casks, which adds a subtle fruitiness.
The nose offers baked apple, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is full and layered, with honey, caramel, oak and a hint of apple cider. The finish is long and elegant, balancing sweetness and spice.
