Bomberger's Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 2025 Release (70cl)

Bomberger's Declaration 2025 Release is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Michter's, in a 70cl bottle. It pays tribute to the original Bomberger's distillery of the 1800s, which later became known as Michter's. This edition uses Chinquapin oak barrels, seasoned naturally for 18 months, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years, so the oak contributes differently across the blend. The colour is a rich mahogany. The nose brings bright fruit, roasted nuts and salted caramel. The palate moves from floral and jammy notes to sweet and savoury flavours, then lingering spice with chocolate and ripe berries. The finish is long.
