Grappa distilled using the Bonollo Unique System from pomace obtained from pressing the dried grapes also used to produce Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.
After distillation it reaches full maturity through ageing in small French oak barriques. This slow ageing develops harmonious, delicate spicy tones and gives the spirit its barricata name.
