Booker's 7 Year Old (70cl, 61.9%)

This is a 7 year old small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from Booker's, made at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, 61.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, and is of natural colour. It is the first Booker's bottling of its year. The nose offers vanilla, caramelised oak and subtle roasted notes. The palate is spicy and deep, with brown sugar and oak in an intense texture. The finish is long and warming.
