Booker's 7 Years 1 Month 11 Days (70cl, 63.2%)

This is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from Booker's, made at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont. Its age is given precisely as 7 years, 1 month and 11 days. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at a barrel strength of 63.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, and is of natural colour. It is the first Booker's bottling of its year. The nose brings vanilla, caramelised oak and subtle roasted notes. On the palate come spicy depth, brown sugar and oak with an intense texture, followed by a long, warming finish.
