This is Booker's 2015-01 'Big Man', a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from Jim Beam's Booker's range. It is bottled uncut at cask strength and unfiltered, in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey is selected from Jim Beam barrels aged in rickhouses at Clermont, Kentucky. The name is a tribute to Booker Noe, the man the range honours, who is described as a physically imposing figure whose presence matched his contribution to American whiskey.
