Booker's 2017-04 'Sip Awhile' is the fourth named batch of 2017 in the Booker's small batch programme from Jim Beam in Clermont, Kentucky. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon at cask strength, uncut and unfiltered, in a 75cl bottle.
The batch name comes from the Noe family and reflects the outlook of Booker Noe, who held that his bourbon was meant to be sipped and savoured slowly rather than rushed.
