Booker's Bourbon Batch 2019-04, the Beaten Biscuits Batch, is the fourth and final batch of the 2019 Booker's small batch collection. Fred Noe selected it, and the name honours the beaten biscuits that Booker Noe's mother made at the family home in Lebanon, Kentucky. It is uncut and unfiltered Jim Beam bourbon at barrel strength, in its natural barrel colour, bottled at 63.05% ABV (126.1 proof).
The nose has warm caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with a gentle baking quality. The palate is full, with dark toffee, vanilla cream, baking spice and warm oak, and the finish is long and warming, with oak spice, vanilla and lingering sweetness.
