A limited edition release from Jim Beam, built on the distillery's Straight Bourbon and made in Kentucky. Sunshine Blend is themed around summer, and it is a variation on the familiar Jim Beam bourbon character.
The flavour is described as honeyed vanilla, toasted oak and light citrus zest, in a crisp, refreshing style. It finishes smooth, mellow and subtly sweet. It can be sipped neat or over ice, or used in a bright summer cocktail.
