Booker's Bourbon Batch 2021 (75cl, 62.6%)

Booker's is an uncut, barrel-strength bourbon made at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, and named after Booker Noe, grandson of Jim Beam. This is the 2021 batch, bottled at 62.65% in a 750ml bottle. The bourbon is matured in virgin American oak casks, placed in the centre of the rickhouse. It has a deep amber colour with a hint of henna. The nose is robust, with vanilla and caramel and a slight smokiness. The palate is deep and complex, with vanilla, nuts and oak, followed by a long, full finish.
