Booker's Bourbon Batch 2024-01E is a Kentucky straight bourbon, also called the Springfield Batch in tribute to the hometown of Booker Noe. It is kosher.
The bourbon was matured for over seven years in new American white-oak barrels and bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, 62.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as having vanilla, caramel and toasted oak on the nose, with brown sugar, roasted nuts and a deep, layered warmth on the palate, followed by a long, warming finish.
