Booker's Bourbon Batch 2025-03 "Jerry's Batch" Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 62.4%)

Booker's Bourbon Batch 2025-03, known as Jerry's Batch, is the third release of the 2025 Booker's Small Batch Bourbon Collection. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the James B. Beam Distilling Co., bottled uncut and unfiltered at 62.35% (124.7 proof) in a 750ml bottle, after 7 years, 4 months and 21 days of ageing. The batch is named for Jerry Dalton, the only Master Distiller in the company's history who was not a member of the Beam family. It was vatted in equal 11.1% shares from nine warehouses and seven production dates. The nose brings maple syrup and vanilla with light baking spice, caramel apple and a hint of blueberry.
