Booker's Bourbon Batch C87-D-21 (75cl, 62.6%)

Booker's Batch C87-D-21 is a Kentucky straight small batch bourbon from Jim Beam in Clermont, Kentucky. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at cask strength, 125.3 proof or 62.65% ABV. The batch comes from the years before the Booker's programme moved to named releases such as Big Man and Off Your Rocker, which began around 2016. Earlier batches carried alphanumeric codes like this one. Booker Noe introduced the cask-strength, unfiltered small batch category in 1988, and Booker's was the first widely available American bourbon bottled at natural cask strength without dilution or chill filtration.
