Boulder Peated Malt American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl)

Boulder Peated Malt is an American single malt whiskey made in Colorado and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is only lightly peated, the idea being that peat should be one part of the whiskey rather than its defining character. It is distilled by the same slow methods as the distillery's New American single malt, then rests in virgin American oak barrels for at least three years in Colorado's semi-arid climate.
