Boulder Port Cask American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl)

An American single malt whiskey from Boulder Spirits, in a 70cl bottle. It spent three years in freshly charred American oak before a further nine months in ruby port casks. The port finish is a recent development among American whiskeys, though wine casks have a long history in European whisky making. It adds deep, dark fruit to the rich single malt.
