This is a four-year-old American single malt from Boulder Spirits, a craft distillery in Colorado. It meets the requirements of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897 and is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in fresh white oak barrels and is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
The nose is of fresh oak, ripe apple and light spice. Vanilla, caramel and a touch of pepper come through on the palate, and the finish is long and dry, with toasted wood.
