This is Batch 1 of an Australian single malt from the Starward distillery, bottled independently by the Boutique-Y Whisky Company in a 50cl bottle. The whisky matured for 3 years in cask before 466 bottles were filled at 56% ABV. No colouring was used and it was not chill-filtered. It is described as a fresh and exciting dram.
