This three-year-old Stauning rye whisky was bottled by Boutique-Y Whisky Company as Batch 1. Made at the Danish distillery, it matured in a single cask that had previously held rum from Belize. The cask yielded 274 bottles at 48.5% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration. Its character is described as youthful and spicy.
