A 25-year-old Islay single malt from Bowmore, the second volume in the Anthology collection. It is a tribute to long-standing distillery manager David Turner and is bottled at 47.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky comes from casks filled in 1997 and was matured in a first fill American oak ex-bourbon hogshead. It is deep gold in colour.
The nose is sweet, with vanilla and fruit, and the palate brings fudge, sweet orange and coconut.
