BOX – Pedro Ximénez 5 Year Old Single Malt Swedish Whisky (56.7%)

This is a 5 year old Swedish single malt from BOX Distillery, now known as High Coast, bottled at 56.7% ABV. It was introduced in November 2016 and developed for the Taiwanese market. The spirit is unpeated and made entirely from Pilsner malt. It was matured in heavy Spanish Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It is usually described as showing dark fruit, raisins and syrup, with malt, chocolate, oak spice and sherry sweetness.
