Briottet Crème de Framboise (70cl, 18%)

Briottet Crème de Framboise is a raspberry liqueur from Edmond Briottet in Dijon, a house founded in 1836. It is made by macerating fresh raspberries in alcohol, which gives a vivid red liqueur in a 70cl bottle at 18% ABV. The character is sweet yet sharp, much like fresh raspberries. It can be sipped neat as a digestif, or mixed with white wine, crémant or Champagne as an aperitif. It also works in a Clover Club, a French Martini or a raspberry royale, and can be drizzled over desserts.
