Briottet Crème de Framboise (70cl, 18%)

Briottet Crème de Framboise is a raspberry liqueur in the Dijon crème style, from the Edmond Briottet house, a family producer of fruit liqueurs since 1836. It is made with real fruit, in a generous concentration, and bottled at 18% vol in a 70cl bottle. It works well with champagne in a kir impérial, and in sours, spritzes and desserts. The flavour is intense fresh raspberry, both jammy and bright, with balanced sweetness and a clean fruit finish.
