Brucato Spring Almond is an amaro-style liqueur made in California from grape brandy, in a 37.5cl bottle at 35% vol.
It is infused with spring herbs, blossoms and a touch of bitter almond, and is lighter than a traditional amaro. This is a seasonal Spring 2025 release, Batch 0523-A, made by Brucato Spirits.
The nose offers almond blossom, citrus zest and soft herbs. The palate brings bitter almond, dried apricot, fresh herbs and a touch of honey, and it finishes lightly bitter with floral and earthy notes.
