Classic Laddie is Bruichladdich's 10 year old Islay single malt, bottled by the distillery at 50% in a 70cl bottle. Bruichladdich was built in 1881 by the Harley brothers. Jim McEwan, one of the most important figures in Scotch whisky, is closely linked with the distillery's success. It changed owner in 2012 for 58 million pounds, and Remy Cointreau is its current owner.
