This is a Bruichladdich 10 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, dating from the 1990s and presented in a 1 litre bottle. It is known for a smooth character rather than a smoky one. The nose brings citrus, cereal, honey, forest berries and black pepper. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with lemon, pear, liquorice and a hint of pepper. The finish is of medium length, with oak, nutmeg and a slightly bitter end.
