Bruichladdich – 16 Years Old Micro-Provenance (10cl)

This is a 16 year old Bruichladdich in a 100ml bottle, from the Micro-Provenance Series by Tasty Drams. The series looks at how variables, from barley types to unusual casks, shape flavour in a single malt. The whisky was distilled in 2007 from Optic barley and matured for 16 years in a single first fill Bourbon barrel. It is a limited release, bottled at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
