Honey, ripe stone fruits, vanilla and toasted oak lead on the nose. The palate is layered with caramel, dried apricot, citrus zest, butterscotch and warming spice, with a subtle maritime note. The finish is long and smooth, with oak, malt and gentle sweetness.
