Bruichladdich 3D The Peat Proposal is a single malt bottled at 46%. It combines different peat levels and wood types, giving it a multi-dimensional character.
The nose is markedly peaty, with phenolic notes, tar, wood and a little apple, and a tart spiciness behind. The palate is sweeter than the nose suggests, with dark chocolate and cereal notes. The finish is of medium length, peat lingering as the sweetness turns to subtle cherry and raspberry.
