Bere Barley 2008 is a single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich on Islay, made with Bere barley, a variety with a much lower yield than most others. For this 2008 vintage the barley was harvested on Orkney, so the grain made the journey from one island to another.
The whisky is light, sweet and refined in character.
