Classic Laddie is Bruichladdich's Islay single malt, here in its new design. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was built in 1881 by the Harley brothers. After a period of closure, it was announced on 20 December 2000 that it would work again, and the first new make ran from the stills in May 2001. Jim McEwan is closely linked with the distillery's success, and Remy Cointreau is its current owner.
