Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2012 is an unpeated Islay single malt, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. All the barley for this edition was grown on eight farms around the distillery.
It matured in American oak, 75% of it first fill, and French oak, 25% of it refill.
It is described as fresh and grain-driven, with soft vanilla, light citrus, coastal influences and an elegant spiciness.
