This is a ten-year-old Bruichladdich single malt, distilled in 2012 from unpeated organic barley grown at Mid Coul farm near Inverness. The farm has supplied organically grown barley to the distillery since 2003. The spirit was distilled slowly and matured entirely on Islay. It is described as showing the flavour of the barley clearly, with creamy fudge, honeyed citrus and subtle spice, and a rounded mouthfeel.
