Bruichladdich Paolo Cortado Sherry Classic Cask is a limited edition single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% abv. It is non-chill-filtered and free of added colouring. The whisky was matured in antique solera sherry casks of the kind used to make Paolo Cortado sherry. It is described as a balance of dry spices, dry raisins, vanilla and caramel, with a sweet aftertaste.
