Bruichladdich – The Organic 2009 (2017) (70cl, 50%)

Bruichladdich The Organic 2009 is an Islay single malt made from organic Islay barley. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled on 16 November 2017 at eight years old, at 50% ABV, with no colouring and no filtration. The outturn was 18,000 bottles. It matured in American oak casks that previously held bourbon and Tennessee whiskey. Expect soft vanilla, light spices and fresh citrus, followed by creamy malt and soft oak.
