Bruichladdich The Organic 2010 is an Islay single malt made only from organically grown barley from farms around the distillery. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2019 at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in American oak, in ex-bourbon and ex-Tennessee casks, and is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
The nose is soft vanilla, light wood, citrus and fresh grain. The palate is creamy, with pure malt, honey, light spice and soft oak. The finish is lively and fresh, with lingering cereal notes.
