This is an unpeated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. It is made from organically grown barley from Mid Coul Farms, Dalcross. The nose combines fresh malted barley with melon, peach and apricot, along with honey, vanilla and flowers. The palate offers sweet pear, vanilla, chocolate and marzipan, in a balance of barley, oak, vanilla and sweet popcorn. The finish brings citrus, oak and a maritime touch.
