This is a 2011 vintage Bruichladdich single malt, made from organically grown barley and part of the distillery's Barley Provenance Series. The spirit was distilled slowly in tall, narrow-necked stills, which the distillery says shows the clarity of flavour of organic barley. It is a forthright expression. It is described as rich and creamy, with a luxurious mouthfeel.
