Bruichladdich The Organic 2011 is an 11 year old Islay single malt from the distillery's Organic series, bottled in 2022 at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from organically grown barley sourced from a number of farms, and matured in ex-bourbon and French wine casks.
The nose is creamy vanilla with soft citrus, white fruit and light floral notes. The palate is honeyed and malty, with toffee, fresh apples and a little spice. The finish is clean and slightly mineral.
