Bud Spencer The Legend Smoky Single Malt (70cl, 49%)

This is a smoky single malt from the St. Kilian distillery in Germany, sold as Bud Spencer The Legend. It is bottled at 49% vol. in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in Italian Amarone red wine casks and in former bourbon casks. The malted barley was imported from the Scottish Highlands and is strongly peated. Its colour is pale gold. The nose offers fine spice, peat smoke and Amarone notes. The palate has intense smoke, oak, caramel and sweet malt, and the finish is long with a pleasant smokiness.
