This is Bulleit 95 Rye, an American straight rye whiskey made in Kentucky and aged for ten years. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The ten years were spent in charred American oak barrels. The mash has a high rye content, which gives the whiskey its spicy character.
The nose is oak and spice. On the palate there is dried fruit, vanilla and a hint of toffee, followed by a long finish with a warm, peppery kick.
