Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old

Bulleit 10 Year Old is a bourbon matured for ten years in oak casks. Its mashbill is mostly corn with a good share of rye, which gives the spiciness Bulleit is known for. The nose combines vanilla, caramel and light toasted oak, with dried cherries and peaches, cinnamon and a little spice behind. The palate opens smoky and spicy before dried peach and cherry come through, softened by vanilla and toffee. The finish is long and woody, with dry oak tannins, spice and vanilla lingering.
