Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength 2025 Edition is an unpeated, sherry-influenced Islay single malt, bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.4% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It matured in coastal warehouses on Islay's north-east coast. The casks are mostly second-fill Oloroso sherry, with first-fill and refill casks alongside.
The nose offers golden raisins and apricots with roasted nuts and a light floral note. Malty sweetness, soft oak, dried fruit and hazelnuts follow on the palate. The finish is long, with oak spice, a hint of tobacco, sea salt and cocoa powder.
