This is a 25 year old single malt from Bunnahabhain's core range. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Sherry has a strong influence on it, and the extra years in the cask bring sweet oaken notes and nutty character.
The nose is rich sherry opening into sweet caramel and polished leather. The palate begins with sweet berries and cream, then moves to roasted nuts and malt. The finish is soft and dry, with a hint of sugar and spiced oak that lingers.
