Bunnahabhain – Eirigh na Greine (1L, 46.3%)

This is Bunnahabhain Eirigh na Greine, a single malt in a 1 litre bottle at 46.3%. The Gaelic name means morning sky. It is made by vatting several single malts, using water from the Margadale spring, and is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring. The nose brings marzipan, nuts, butterscotch, dried fruit and rose syrup. The palate is sweet and soft, with fruit, cocoa and oak. The finish is spicy and warm.
