Buzzard's Roost Peated Barrel Rye is an American straight rye whiskey, four years old, in a 75cl bottle.
The rye was recasked in peat-cold-smoked barrels, a second maturation intended to bring another dimension to its sweet and spicy distillate. Experiments of this kind do not always hold together, but this one is considered a successful exception.
