Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine from Franciacorta DOCG in Lombardy. It is blended from 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero and 10% Pinot Bianco, with a second fermentation in bottle.
The estate was founded by Maurizio Zanella and uses an oxygen-free disgorging system and a grape-washing process before pressing.
The nose offers apple, pear, toasted brioche, grilled almond and lemon curd. The palate is lean and precise, with poached apple, honey and pastry, and a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is medium-long and mineral, with toasted bread crust and vanilla.
