Drouin's Calvados ExperiMental Springbank Angels combines Normandy calvados tradition with Springbank's Campbeltown whisky craft. It is made from selected apples, fermented and distilled, then aged in oak casks in collaboration with Springbank. The nose shows citrus freshness, ripe apple, white flowers and subtle minerality. The palate opens softly and velvety, with dried fruit, honey and a light smoky note.
