A Calvados from Drouin, produced in the Pays d'Auge area and distilled in copper stills by a traditional method. It has been aged in oak casks since 1981. The nose offers mature fruit, baked apples, vanilla, sweet spice and toasted hazelnut. The palate is harmonious and velvety, balancing freshness and structure, with a long, rounded finish. It is suited to serving after a meal or with mature cheeses.
