A red wine from Cantina Bozen, expressing the typical character of the Lagrein grape.
It has a deep ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose shows small red and black fruits, spicy nuances and a hint of aromatic herbs, in a compact and frank aromatic profile. On the palate it is balanced, with firm but mature tannins and good persistence supporting the fruit, with sensations of plum, cherry and an earthy touch.
It suits grilled meats, moderate stews or medium-aged cheeses, and is best served slightly cool for a red, around 14-16°C.
