Goldmuskateller Trocken Alto Adige DOC - Cantina Bozen

A dry white wine from Cantina Bozen, made from Goldmuskateller in Alto Adige. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a fresh aroma of white flowers, muscat notes, citrus and white peach, with a light herbaceous touch. The nose is immediate but not intrusive, leading to a clear, linear drink. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and a slender body, balanced between freshness and savouriness, and a clean, persistent finish without excess. It suits antipasti, summer salads, grilled fish, seafood and fresh cheeses, or as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C, in not too wide glasses.
